Rest of EU: Free shipping for orders exceeding SEK 700, otherwise SEK 129.
US/GB: Free shipping for orders exceeding SEK 700, otherwise SEK 199.
We charge a 199 SEK fee for all packages returned due to customer not picking up the delivery. This fee covers extra shipping costs as well as administrative costs for handling.
Deliveries: All goods are shipped with either Postnord or DHL delivery to the nearest Service Point. Posters are normally shipped using solid cardboard tubes dimensioned according to each poster size.

Reason for return
Please note that you are responsible for all return costs. If you are shipping an item over €40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act (Ångerätt), you are able to return all goods within 14 days of purchase. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Right of withdrawal does not apply to any personally designed posters.
Incorrect return will be charged a additional SEK 100 fee.
Complaints and Claims:
We carefully inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be defect or improperly dispatched leading to damage, Kisuart undertake in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to send a new similar product free of charge.
You must; However, always contact Kisuart for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
If your ordered product is lost during transportation, Kisuart undertake in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to send a new similar product free of charge.
Any errors and defects should always immediately be reported to email@example.com where you enter your name, your address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error, preferably including pictures. If we fail to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Kisuart will reimburse you for return shipping costs for all approved complaints. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not in error in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Kisuart is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that Kisuart could not control, such as general labor conflict, extreme weather conditions, wars, fires, lightning strikes, terrorist attack, changed government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / data connections and other communications. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which result in exemption from damages and other penalties. If any such situation arises, Kisuart will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the time of the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted more than two months, both You and Kisuart have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
