This website is operated by Kisuart. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kisuart. Kisuart offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.kisuart.com ("The Site"). An agreement is entered into between you and Heldan Consulting AB, corporate registration number 559195-4127 (“Kisuart”). Contact information and other information about Kisuart can be found on the Site. These terms are only applicable to private consumers who places orders via this Website. If you are a purchasing company, other terms of purchase apply.

To be able to order on the Site you must be 18 years of age. According to Swedish law, Kisuart does not accept credit purchases from anybody below the age of 18.
Kisuart reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).

Kisuart reserve the right for products to be sold out. Kisuart does not take responsibility for any image and writing errors on the Site, such as errors in product description or technical specification including incorrect prices. Kisuart reserve the right to price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding an item being in stock. Kisuart has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If the incorrect price has been specified for an item that you have ordered, Kisuart will of course notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before the order is processed.
All image information on the Site should be viewed exclusively as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the goods.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. This means that Kiuart tradename, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products and other content may not be copied or used without written permission from Kisuart.
SECTION 3 - AGREEMENT AND ORDER

In order to make a purchase through the Site, you must accept these Terms. By accepting the Terms, you agree to abide by the Terms in full, and agree that you have accessed the information about personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies according to Kisuarts Privacy Policy.

A purchase agreement is only entered into when Kisuart has confirmed your order and You have received order confirmation via email. Kisuart encourages you to save this order confirmation for any future contacts.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOMER INFORMATION

When you register your user account or place an order, you will be asked to provide necessary personal information. You confirm that the information you fill in is correct and complete and you are always fully responsible for giving any incorrect information.

You are committed to ensuring that no one else can use your login. You must not disclose your username/password to any unauthorized person and you must ensure that your account information is stored in such a way that an unauthorized person cannot access it. You must immediately report to Kisuart if you suspected that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account information. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details if such notification is not made.

If Kisuart suspects that you are abusing your user account or login information or otherwise violates these Terms, Kisuart has the right to suspend you or to assign new login information.
SECTION 5 - PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENTS

When ordering via the Site, the prices stated on the Site apply. Main prices are stated in Swedish kronor, Norwegian Kronor, Danish Kronor, US Dollars, Euros and Great Britain Pounds. All prices include VAT, but does not include payment and shipping fees which are stated separately.

You can pay in the ways specified on the Site. Kisuart uses the “Shopify Payment service” for all payment handling. Read more about the payment methods here:

Kisuart has the right to charge the order directly in connection with your order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method has been chosen and approved by Kisuart. In case of invoice payment or part payment, Kisuart or its partners may make a credit report. Kisuart reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if what you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase.

All artprints and posters are sold without frames unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 6 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Kisuart reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be published on the Site. Changes apply from the acceptance of the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or visit to the Site), or 30 days after Kisuart has informed you of the changes. However, Kisuart recommends that you keep up to date on the Site regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms.
SECTION 7 - APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE

Disputes should primarily be resolved in consensus after discussion with Kisuart customer service.
7B
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement between you and the customer service, you can contact ARN (General Complaints Board) at www.arn.se. In the event of a dispute, Kisuart follows all decision made by ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be settled in accordance with clause 6B above or, ultimately, by a general court.
